Najaah founded Athena Strategy Group in Atlanta after more than a decade leading complex programs and PMO work across organizations where the stakes, stakeholders, and path to delivery were rarely simple.
She saw the same gap repeatedly: leaders could name the ambition, but the operating structure beneath it was often missing. Athena was created to close that gap—not by handing over a plan, but by building the decisions, roadmap, governance, and momentum alongside the people responsible for the outcome.
The Athena Strategy grew from that experience. It begins by defining the result clearly, then reverse engineers the systems and sequence required to reach it.
